Neviens standarta modelis neiekļāvās šaurā zemesgabalā vecpilsētas malā. Projektējām no nulles, bet uz tā paša moduļa: 4,8 × 7,2 m ir izmērs, ko atļauj Latvijas ceļi bez pavadošā transporta.No standard model fitted the narrow plot at the edge of the old town. We designed from scratch, but on the same module: 4.8 × 7.2 m is the size Latvian roads allow without an escort vehicle.

Septiņi moduļi divos stāvos ap iekšējo pagalmu. Termiņš pieauga par piecām nedēļām salīdzinājumā ar standarta projektu — tieši tik, cik prasīja projektēšana.Seven modules on two storeys around an inner yard.
