Grīdas, iebūvētā virtuve, sanitārtehnika, apgaismojums un elektrība tiek uzstādīti rūpnīcā. Objektā atliek pieslēgumi un viena diena montāžai.Floors, fitted kitchen, sanitary ware, lighting and wiring are installed at the factory. On site only the connections and a single assembly day remain.

02 — RažotneThe factory
Sienu paneļi tiek samontēti uz galda ar mehānisku fiksāciju. Diagonāle pārbaudāma katram panelim atsevišķi, nevis visai mājai objektā.Wall panels are assembled on a table with mechanical clamping. The diagonal is checked panel by panel, not on the whole house on site.
Siltinājums un tvaika barjera tiek ieklāta sausā telpā. Tas ir vienīgais veids, kā garantēt, ka izolācija nekad nav bijusi mitra.Insulation and the vapour barrier go in inside a dry hall. That is the only way to guarantee the insulation has never been wet.
Elektrība, ūdensvads, ventilācija, grīdas, virtuve un sanitārtehnika tiek uzstādītas cehā. Modulis izbrauc apdzīvojams.Wiring, plumbing, ventilation, floors, kitchen and sanitary ware are installed in the hall. The module leaves ready to live in.
Katrs posms tiek fotografēts un fiksēts. Protokols nododams kopā ar māju — tajā redzams, kas ir aiz apdares, arī pēc desmit gadiem.Every stage is photographed and logged. The protocol is handed over with the house — it shows what is behind the finishes, ten years later too.

Jā. Konstrukcija, siltinājums un inženiersistēmas ir tādas pašas kā jebkurai koka karkasa mājai, māja tiek reģistrēta zemesgrāmatā un tai tiek izsniegts energosertifikāts. Atšķirība ir tikai vietā, kur to samontē.Yes. The structure, insulation and services are the same as in any timber-frame house; the building is registered and issued an energy certificate. The only difference is where it is assembled.
Nesošajai konstrukcijai mēs dodam 10 gadu garantiju, bet kalpošanas laiks ir tāds pats kā koka karkasa mājai — vairāki gadu desmiti. Fasādes apdare jāatjauno reizi 8–10 gados atkarībā no materiāla.We give a 10-year warranty on the structure, but the service life is that of any timber-frame house — several decades. The cladding needs re-coating every 8–10 years depending on the material.
Uz skrūvpāļiem — jā, moduļus var atvienot un pārvest. Uz siltinātās plātnes — praktiski nē. Ja pārvietošana ir reāls scenārijs, to jāpasaka pirms pamatu izvēles.On screw piles — yes, the modules can be disconnected and moved. On an insulated slab — effectively no. If relocation is a realistic scenario, say so before the foundation is chosen.
Pārbaudām to pirmajā konsultācijā pēc adreses vai kadastra numura. Ja piekļuve ir sarežģīta, risinājumi ir divi: mazāks moduļa izmērs vai pagaidu pievedceļš. Abus ieskaitām tāmē, nevis atklājam montāžas dienā.We check this in the first consultation from the address or cadastral number. If access is difficult there are two answers: a smaller module size or a temporary access road. Both go into the quote rather than being discovered on assembly day.
Standarta modeli var spoguļot, pagarināt ar papildu moduli, mainīt fasādi un pārkonfigurēt iekšējās sienas. Ja ar to nepietiek — projektējam no nulles uz tās pašas tehnoloģijas, termiņš pieaug par 4–6 nedēļām.A standard model can be mirrored, extended with an extra module, re-clad and re-planned inside. If that is not enough we design from scratch on the same technology, adding 4–6 weeks to the schedule.
