Lielākā daļa no tām aizrit rūpnīcā, nevis uz jūsu zemesgabala — tāpēc būvlaukuma dzīve ilgst vienu dienu, nevis divas vasaras.Fourteen to twenty weeks pass, on average, between the first conversation and the keys. Most of that time is spent in the factory rather than on your plot — which is why site works last one day instead of two summers.

Šajā posmā nekas nav jāparaksta.We need an address or a cadastral number. We check the planning rules, crane access and utility connections, then propose the two best-fitting models with an indicative price. Nothing is signed at this stage.

Tāme tiek fiksēta kopā ar specifikāciju — no šī brīža cena nemainās, ja nemainās apjoms.We adapt the plan to the plot, choose the cladding and the level of finish, and prepare visuals. The quotation is fixed together with the specification — from this point the price does not move unless the scope does.

Paralēli ar ražošanu objektā gatavojas pamati — tas ir vienīgais darbs, kas jums notiek uz vietas. Reizi nedēļā saņemat foto atskaiti; cehā var atbraukt jebkurā brīdī pēc iepriekšējas saskaņošanas.While the modules are built, the foundations go in on site — the only work happening at your plot. You get a photo report every week; you are welcome in the hall at any time by prior arrangement.

Moduļi atbrauc ar kravas transportu, celtnis tos noliek uz pamatiem un savieno. Līdz vakaram māja ir zem jumta un noslēgta. Lielākiem modeļiem montāža aizņem divas dienas.The modules arrive by lorry, the crane sets them on the foundations and they are joined. By evening the house is under its roof and closed up. Larger models take two days.

Pieslēdzam ūdeni, kanalizāciju un elektrību, iedarbinām siltumsūkni un rekuperāciju, nododam dokumentāciju un kvalitātes protokolu. Pēc gada atbraucam uz bezmaksas apsekošanu.We connect water, drainage and power, commission the heat pump and the ventilation, and hand over the documentation and the quality protocol. After a year we come back for a free inspection.
