M10F ir Latvijas ražotne, kas projektē un būvē moduļu mājas zem atslēgas. Mēs neizīrējam brigādes un nestrādājam ar apakšuzņēmējiem uz objekta: māja top mūsu cehā, un par to atbild viens uzņēmums.M10F is a Latvian manufacturer that designs and builds turnkey modular homes. We do not hire out crews and we do not subcontract on site: the house is built in our own hall, and one company answers for it.

No angāra līdz cehamFrom a shed to a factory floor
Uzņēmums sākās 2016. gadā ar vienu angāru Ādažos un vienu pasūtījumu — viesu māju 45 m². Pirmos gadus mēs, tāpat kā visi, būvējām uz vietas un katru rudeni skatījāmies, kā lietus izšķir kvalitāti.The company started in 2016 with one shed in Ādaži and one order — a 45 m² guest house. For the first years we built on site like everyone else, and every autumn watched the rain decide the quality for us.
Pāreja uz moduļiem 2019. gadā bija atbilde uz šo problēmu, nevis mārketinga solis. Slēgtā cehā koksnes mitrums ir kontrolējams, pielaide mērāma, bet montāžas diena — plānojama neatkarīgi no laikapstākļiem.Moving to modules in 2019 was an answer to that problem, not a marketing decision. In a closed hall the timber moisture is controllable, the tolerance measurable — and assembly day can be planned regardless of the weather.
Šodien ražotnē ir 2 400 m² ražošanas platības, 34 darbinieki un divi montāžas ekipāžas sastāvi. Vidēji no cehiem izbrauc 30 moduļu gadā — Latvijā, Igaunijā, Lietuvā un Skandināvijā.Today the plant has 2,400 m² of production space, 34 employees and two installation crews. On average 30 modules a year leave the halls — for Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Scandinavia.

Cena tiek fiksēta kopā ar specifikāciju un nemainās, ja nemainās apjoms. Papildu darbi tiek saskaņoti rakstiski, pirms tos sāk.The price is fixed together with the specification and does not move unless the scope does. Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.

Viens atbildīgaisOne party responsible
Projektēšana, ražošana, transports un montāža ir viena līguma priekšmets. Nav situācijas, kurā ražotājs norāda uz montētāju.Design, production, delivery and assembly sit in one contract. There is no situation where the manufacturer points at the installer.

Protokols, nevis vārdiA protocol, not promises
Katrs ražošanas posms tiek fotografēts un fiksēts. Protokols paliek jums — arī tad, kad apdare jau sen aizsedz konstrukciju.Every production stage is photographed and logged. The protocol stays with you — long after the finishes have covered the structure.
