Jūrmalas apbūves noteikumi nosaka jumta slīpumu, fasādes materiālu un pat toņu diapazonu. Standarta KLINTS 124 tajos iekļāvās pēc divām izmaiņām: slīpums no 12° uz 25° un fasāde no melnas uz naturālu termopriedi.The Jūrmala planning rules prescribe the roof pitch, the cladding material and even the range of tones. A standard KLINTS 124 fitted them after two changes: the pitch went from 12° to 25° and the cladding from black to natural thermo-pine.
Abas izmaiņas tika ieprogrammētas ražošanas rasējumā, nevis risinātas objektā — tāpēc montāžas diena palika viena.Both changes went into the production drawings rather than being solved on site — which is why assembly still took a single day.
