Budžets bija fiksēts pirms projektēšanas, tāpēc sarunu sākām no tāmes, nevis no plānojuma. Standarta PRIEDE 72 tajā iekļāvās bez pārveidojumiem — mainījām tikai fasādes toni un durvju vietu.The budget was fixed before design started, so we began from the quote rather than from the plan. A standard PRIEDE 72 fitted it without changes — only the cladding tone and the door position moved.
Māja tika nodota deviņas nedēļas pēc avansa. Dārzs bija iestādīts, pirms sākās ražošana.The house was handed over nine weeks after the deposit. The garden was planted before production even began.
